PizzzA!

Noo more cheese....!!! still looks oK!....


base
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup luke warm water
3-4 tbs oil
1 pkt yeast
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
Makes around 2 large pizza (15 in)

  1. Put the packet of yeast in the warm water. make sure its not too hot.. or the yeast will die!

  2. mix salt and sugar with flour

  3. make a well in the flour

  4. pour the yeast and water mixture into the well and stir inside the well (the flour will slowly conbine with the water while u stir)

  5. If the mixture is too sticky add water or if there is still too much flour not combined add water. (simple really..)

  6. take a large bowl and powder with flour so that the dough won't stick.

  7. cover with damp towel and leave for 1-2 hrs

  8. If you want you can bash the dough down after 45min to an hour and leave it to rise again

  9. dough should be done when doubled in size. Roll flat.. to a round or whatever shape you like


Toppings


whatever you want.. just dont overload it . or else the dough will be damp in the middle.


recomended.. tomato puree, onions, black olives, bacon, bell peppers, bocconcini or mozzarella, pineapple, pepperoni....


bake for 10-15 min on the highest heat (preheat oven)


done when cheese is melted and starting to brown
