600g rice noodle (hor fun/kueh tiow)

1 cup chicken stock (or quater chicken stock cube and 1 cup of water)
10-15 slices fish cake
10-15 slices chicken meat
6 prawn (shelled)
1 egg

4 cloves garlic minced

3 tbs corn starch

Instructions
- Get a wok put 2 tbs of oil and heat to smoking point then add 2 cloves garlic for 30 sec then add rice noodles. well especially for those in packets fry until soft and seperated.
- add 3 tbs of soy sauce, 2 tbs of caramel sauce and a dash of pepper mix well
- transfer to plate
- add 2 tbs of oil and rest of garlic , fish cake ,chicken, and prawn fry until almost cook.. add the chicken stock and vege.
- get ready corn starch in 1/2 cup cold water stir well
- bring to the boil ,break egg into the wok and stir immedietly so that it wont clump up
- add cornstarch and bring to simmer then off heat.
- pour sauce on top of the fried rice noodle.
yEss.... mine has bacon in it!!.. :P
